Xenophobia: A Poem XENOPHOBIA Collective fear stimulates hard Impulse Tends to produce ferocity ire Brutal And Disdainful it might be Slithering across South Africa Betraying the spirit of African Xenophobia is un-African A betrayal to the African Heroes Who found refuge in foreign lands And were emboldened to come back home And eradicate Apartheid forever Embrace Rainbow Which symbolizes peace! He sounds like thunder Yelling, this is not my shelter But the attracting force is great He echoes in a threatening voice This is not my country then why does it feel like home.
